On behalf of Dell Technologies, Intel, and VMware, ESG conducted a survey of 2,000 global IT decision makers, 180 of whom represented educational institutions (inclusive of primary, secondary, and higher education). The goal
of the research was to determine the impact technology transformations are having on organizational performance.
Educational institutions represented
were segmented into three stages
of maturity based on their progress
enabling three transformations:
- DIGITAL LEARNING
- FLEXIBLE IT
- INNOVATING WITH DATA
As very few educational institutions in the research have achieved the highest level of maturity for all three transformations, below
