MetLife’s 2023 U.S. Employee Benefit Trends Study reveals how feeling cared for at work is a key driver of employee holistic health and happiness, which are strongly connected to employee productivity and job loyalty. In fact, our research found that employees who feel cared for are 92% more likely to feel engaged at work and 65% more likely to be loyal.
