High performance computing (HPC) processes massive amounts of
data, performing complex calculations at rapid speed across multiple servers in parallel. A supercomputer is a special class of HPC and is akin to having thousands of PCs working together to generate more compute power and complete complex tasks at lightning-fast speeds.
