Pfizer’s wellness team was utilizing a smattering of strategies to manage its fitness centers, leveraging contract partners and in house teams. However, Pfizer’s team soon noticed that despite their best efforts to establish consistent experiences across company locations, their employee population experienced more disconnect than it did camaraderie or community.
